Police Make an Arrest Following Recent Eastport Shooting

 On December 16, at approximately 2:52pm, Annapolis Police officera responded for reports of shots fired. No suspects or victims were located. 

Later, detectives were able to identify the suspect who fired a handgun at another person as Keshawn Howard, 22, of Annapolis. 

Howard was arrested on 12/19 and charged with attempted first and second degree murder, first and second degree assault, and four other charges related to the handgun. 

Howard is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center without bond. 

The victim in this case has not been identified.
