Anne Arundel Police Investigates Robbery Outside Annapolis Grocery Store

Anne Arundel County Police are investigating a citizen robbery which occured outside of an Annapolis grocery store. 

On April 1, 2020 at approximately 7:50 p.m. officers responded for a citizen robbery in the parking lot of the Giant grocery store located at 2323 Forest Drive in Annapolis. 

An unknown male suspect approached a 42 year old female victim and attempted to remove her purse and property. The suspect was unable to obtain the victim’s purse, but was able to steal other property. 

Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. 

No weapons were displayed and no injuries were reported during this incident.
