Police: Snowball Fight Between Couple on Captains Circle in Annapolis Ends With Assault Report, Hospital Visit

A couple's snowball fight on Captains Circle in Annapolis led to the report of an assault and injuries which required treatment from an area hospital, police officials said this afternoon. 

At approximately 2:43 am this morning, officers responded to the 400 block of Captains Circle for a reported assault. Upon arrival, the complainant advised that she was involved in a snowball fight with her boyfriend at which time she was struck in the face with a snowball causing her to seek medical treatment. 

After briefly interviewing the female, it was determined that she did not wish to pursue criminal charges against her boyfriend. The female was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
