Man, 22, Arrested on CDS Violation in Pasadena

A 22 year old man was taken into police custody for an alleged CDS violation in Pasadena. 

On April 8, 2021 at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers checked on an occupied silver Honda Accord parked at the gas pumps at the Royal Farms located at 2500 Mountain Road. The vehicle operator was not using the fuel pumps and made no motion to enter the store over a ten minute period of time. Upon approaching the vehicle, officers detected the odor of marijuana coming from within the vehicle. 

The investigation led to a search of the vehicle resulting in the seizure of 274 grams of suspected marijuana, a digital scale and $1,127.00 in U.S. currency.
