Police Charge Annapolis Man, 29, In Connection With The Death of Naval Academy Mom

After a multi-agency investigation, authorities have charged a 29 year old man from Annapolis in connection with the murder of the mother of a Naval Academy Midshipman.

Angelo Harrod was served with a warrant for several charges including murder following the shooting death of Michelle Jordan Cummings, 57, of Houston, Texas, the proud mother of Leonard Cummings III, a 2021 graduate of the Naval Academy Preparatory School and incoming freshman for the Naval Academy Class of 2025.
