"My Beautiful Girl Took Her Life" Mother of Late Meade Middle School Student Creates GoFund to Help Cover Funeral Costs

Robin Bunting, mother of the 13 year old eighth grade student at Meade Middle who died recently, wrote a heartfelt message about her daughter inside the GoFund page she created to help cover funeral costs.

"It is with great sadness that I share the passing of my daughter, Inez Bunting. My beautiful girl took her life on Thursday, November 18th," Ms. Bunting wrote. "Please keep my family in your prayers as we process this tragedy. " 

According to the description listed on the fundraiser page, the donations will go directly towards expenses related to Inez's funeral.

According to an online memorial page managed by The William Reese and Sons Mortuary in Annapolis, a funeral will be held at Reid Temple African Methodist Episcopal Church in Glenn Dale-Maryland on Friday, December 3, 2021, 11am, with a viewing starting at 10am.  The interment is expected to take place that same day at Maryland National Memorial Park in Laurel.

"Inez was an enthusiastic, kind-hearted member of our school community," Meade Middle Principal Karla Steinbach wrote in a letter to families. "She was full of humor and often had a joke to share with her teachers. Her presence will be sorely missed by the entire Meade Middle School community."
