Guilty Plea in Fatal 2019 Glen Burnie Stabbing of Missing Man Yields 60 Year Prison Sentence
The suspect charged in connection with the 2019 fatal Glen Burnie stabbing of a missing Crofton man has been sentenced to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty to first degree murder.
An Anne Arundel County Circuit Court judge today handed down the lengthy sentence in the case of Inari Ramiar Molina (left photo). On May 19, 2022, Molina, 27, admitted to murdering 56 year old Brian Gary Gifford (right photo) 10 days before his partially decomposed body was found inside a truck parked on Aquahart Road on July 27, 2019.
Police say witness statements, DNA and digital evidence tied Molina to the murder, which investigators believe was a random act of violence.
Gifford had not been seen or heard since July 16, 2019. The Anne Arundel County Police took a missing person’s report on the adult male on July 23, 2019.
