Annapolis Police Seek Suspect in Connection with Obery Court Homicide
Detectives with the Annapolis Police Department are looking to arrest a suspect in connection with a homicide that occured on Obery Court earlier this month.
On March 2, 2023 at approximately 5:15pm, Annapolis Police Officers responded to the 100 block of Obery Court for a shots fired complaint. Upon arrival, officers located an African American male victim, later identified as Raphael Hilton Johnson Jr. (shown above, right photo), 48, suffering from a single gunshot wound to the back of his head. Paramedics pronounced Mr. Johnson deceased at approximately 5:26pm.
In a press release, police department officials said that detectives have identified the suspect as Ronnisha Jacarra Harris (shown above, left photo), 32, of the Annapolis area. Harris has an active arrest warrant for 1st & 2nd Degree Murder, and other related criminal charges, police said.
According to an online obituary, Mr. Johnson earned an Electrician's Certification from TESST College of Technology, was an avid foodie, and sports fan, and coached little league flag football.
