Traffic Stop in Brooklyn Leads to Drug Recovery, Two Arrests
County officers recently arrested two subjects after allegedly finding drugs inside a vehicle while conducting a traffic stop in Brooklyn.
In a statement, the Anne Arundel County Police Department said that on April 18, 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m., the officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a registration violation in the area of Ritchie Highway South and 11th Avenue. According to the statement, the officers conducted a search of the vehicle, and located a digital scale, approximately 614g of suspected Promethazine, 371g of suspected Dextromethorphan Promethazine, 12 caps of suspected Heroin/Fentanyl, 7g of suspect crack cocaine, 12 packages of suspected marijuana (edibles), 27g of suspected marijuana (flower) and $424 in cash.
The driver and a passenger were arrested, charged accordingly and identified as:
Gregory D. Tucker (pictured below on the left)
30-year-old
Brooklyn, Maryland
Frederick Williams (pictured below on the right)
19-year-old
Brooklyn, Maryland
