Two Baltimore Men Identified as Suspects in Connection with Glen Burnie Bank Robbery

Two men from Baltimore has been identified as the suspects in connection with a recent Glen Burnie area bank robbery. 

On July 15, 2023, at approximately 11:00 a.m., officers responded for a report of an armed robbery in progress at the Wells Fargo, 6708 Ritchie Highway. According to county police, the two suspects, which were initially described as one male and possibly one female, entered the bank and robbed at least one teller while brandishing a firearm. "It was later discovered that both suspects were male. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of currency both suspects fled the bank on foot. Witnesses indicated that the suspects hopped on a moped and drove off on Ordnance Road towards Pennington Avenue," department officials said. "Baltimore City police officers made contact with both suspects in the 1500 block of Hanover Street. Baltimore City officers were able to take one of the suspects into custody without further incident. The second suspect fled into a residence on Hanover Street and after a brief search was taken into custody."

 The police department said the stolen currency and other items of evidentiary value were recovered. Both suspects were positively identified and were arrested, charged accordingly and identified as:
