Man, 33, Identified as Person Killed During Fiery Motorcycle Crash in Annapolis
On July 25, 2023 at 2:42am, officers were dispatched to the area of Forest Drive and Chinquapin Round Road for a motorcycle accident. Officers found a Kawasaki motorcycle in the intersection engulfed in flames. The driver was located on the median and pronounced dead at the scene.
Additional details were not made available.
The driver was identified as Theodore “Ted” “TJ” M. Green. According to an online obituary, Ted was an electrician and, he enjoyed listening to netal music, going to concerts and watching the Washington Redskins. He had a passion for working out, running and hanging out with his friends.
