Glen Burnie Man Faces Charges Following Traffic Stop Turned CDS Violation on Furnace Branch Road

A local man is reportedly facing criminal charges after a routine traffic stop in Glen Burnies led to a drug violation.

The Anne Arundel County Police Department said that on January 9, 2025, at approximately 11:40 a.m., detectives conducted a traffic stop of a white 2001 Toyota Corolla on West Furnace Branch Road near Bedford Road in Glen Burnie. "During the stop, officers conducted a search of the driver and vehicle based on probable cause, resulting in the seizure of approximately 30 grams of suspected crack cocaine packaged in 45 separate baggies, a digital scale, and $958.00 cash," department officials said.  

 The driver was arrested, charged and identified as: Dontrell Travon Milner, 32-year-old, of Glen Burnie.
