Anne Arundel County Police Announce Two Additional Arrests in Connection with the Shooting Death of 20-Year-Old Naim Adderson in Severn

The Anne Arundel County Police Department has made two additonal arrests in connection with the August 2022 shooting death of Naim Addison. 

Anne Arundel County Police responded to a shooting in Severn on August 21, 2022. Naim Rashid Addison, 20, was found suffering from gunshot wounds in a Honda Civic and pronounced deceased at a hospital after lifesaving efforts failed.

According to charging documents, Mr. Addison apparently participated in a drug transaction arranged by Vanae Lewis (shown above), 20, of Severn, and was shot by one of the three  suspects. Ms. Lewis was identified and arrested in March 2023.

This week, detectives determined the identities of two additional suspects (shown below) implicated in the murder of Naim Addison and obtained arrest warrants for Dontravious Johnson, 19, of Annapolis, and Francis Bella Koroma Jr., 20, of Greenbelt. 


According to police department officials, detectives apprehended Johnson and Koroma at their residences in Annapolis and Greenbelt, respectively, on February 4, 2025.

Charges include murder, assault, armed robbery, and conspiracy.
