County Police Arrest Baltimore Woman on Weapon Charge Following Traffic Stop in Pasadena

Officers with the Anne Arundel County Police Department recently arrested a Baltimore woman on a weapon charge following a traffic stop that allegedly occurred in Pasadena.

On March 18, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m., officers stopped a silver Acura near Ritchie Highway and Camrose Avenue in Pasadena. According to the police report, during a subsequent search of the vehicle, authorities discovered a loaded Kurz semi-automatic handgun, multiple identification cards bearing different names, suspected controlled dangerous substances, and related paraphernalia. 
The driver, whose identification was not immediately confirmed at the time of the arrest, and the female passenger were both taken into custody for further investigation.

The arrested individual has been identified as:

Hilary Jean Elam
36-year-old female
Baltimore, Maryland
